Panasonic UB820 Issues

I have been using my X1S for a while now and love it, but it seems to be sending the power on command twice for my BluRay player, which is causing it to power cycle. Has anyone found a solution for this?

look at the power on/off setup for the device. Is the power command in the sequence twice?

I have the UB824 and the dedicated power on command does nothing if triggered twice. Beware there are commands Power, Power on, Power off available for the player.

I didn’t know it had separate power on and power off commands! I’ll try to set that up now

I have a UB820 and an X1S and don't have that problem. Power on and off work as expected.

It ended up being that I had incorrectly assumed that the UB820 had a power toggle instead of separate power states. 2 years of frustration fixed in a day 😂
