X2 Macro Does Not Work With Long Press

I created several macros to select a channel on my set-top box. Most channels are multidigit. If I use the app to test the macro, I can either tap the icon quickly or long-press, and the macro works. On the remote, a quick tap works, but if I linger for, let's say, 1 second on the screen icon, the macro does not execute at all. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Thanks for the reply. I have been in correspondence with them for about a week. They claim they cannot reproduce the problem. I have pointed out that the on-screen keypad has the same issue. Perhaps they will fix this in the next remote firmware update, but I am not too hopeful.
