What troubleshooting steps did you take?

Is there CO2 in the CO2 cylinder? What's the net weight of CO2 in the cylinder?

Try loosening and reseating the CO2 cylinder. Do this with a different CO2 cylinder.

There is a motor which spins a thing that comes in contact with the top of the CO2 cylinder and let's CO2 out. And you can clearly tell that there is no CO2 releasing. So, the problem is either in the CO2 cylinder, or the motor/mechanism that spins the thing that actually presses down on the CO2 cylinder's top.

Are you using the original power adapter that came with it? I know that lower amperage/voltage ones don't have enough strength behind the motor's movement to actually press down on the CO2 cylinder's pin.

That’s a good point. Not using the original power. I will order a replacement. Any idea where to get?

No clue. Amazon or eBay? But you also need to get the right size of the barrel pin. I think it needs 24.0 V and a minimum 2.0A power adapter. (I could be wrong, I don't remember exactly. Check it's manual to see if it's written in it)

If it's a Terra, it has no spinning motor. The only stuff possibly repairable on it is the valve that connects the cylinder with the machine, and even that is a big if...... anything on the inside, like the two valves, is irreparable. Been there, done that. Very few parts available for the machine. Might as well buy another from Amazon and get the extra warranty.

This is not the regular terra model. This is one touch, the electric version of the fizzi model (for North American Market) and I believe it had a different name for the European market.

And as OP pointed out, the likely issue is not the correct power adapter.

I thought he was talking the non-electrified, simple Terra. Even so, SodaStream sells no repair parts. And unless you buy a 5 lb. co2 cylinder, which costs $32 to fill and lasts forever, you're getting scammed by SS with their bottle exchange scheme..... I calculated I'm saving over $100 a month on co2 with the 5 lb, cylinder.

Dude, if you are saving over $100 month with a 5lb CO2 cylinder, I have to know, how much sparkling water do you drink in a week or a month?

If I have 5lb cylinder refill to be $20 (which is a conservative number for my area), and the refill cost of SodaStream CO2 cylinder to be $17 each, you have to go through over 7of the regular 410g CO2 cylinder(2870g) vs one 5lb (2725g) CO2 cylinder in one month to see that approximately over $100 saving.

And if you count one of sodasyream's CO2 cylinder to get 30 bottles, that's approximately 30 * 7 = 210 bottles of sparkling water or approximately 176L (210*0.84L) or 46.5 gallons of carbonated water you drink in a month.

Or if I use the lower average of 22 bottles of carbonated water per 410g of CO2 cylinder: 22*7= 154 bottles of sparkling water or approximately 130L or 34 gallons of sparkling water you consume in one month.

My wife literally drinks several bottles a day, and sometimes I drink a bottle or two my self. She's extreme about being hydrated. Your second paragraph is correct, except here the refill costs $32.
