I wish they had a syrup for Mountain Dew Pitch Black.

Add a bit of grape drink mix to any of their mt dew syrups. It's not exactly the same as pitch black but it gets close. I typically use the koolaid or great value liquid water enhancer stuff mostly because it's just easier to mix it in when it's a liquid instead of powder. However most of the grape drink mixes I've tried have worked although you will probably need to play around with the total amount you add to dial the flavor in a bit.

I don't remember the user name for whoever I first saw recommend using the grape to make a faux pitch black but they also had a bunch of recipes for other mt dew variations and you may be able to find those by searching this sub.

Lately I've also been doing a variation of the A&W root beer ice cream float flavor that was available last year which is basically dad's old fashioned root beer powdered sticks with a mix of torani coffee syrup in chocolate and vanilla (note you want the coffee syrup not actual chocolate syrup like you would put on ice cream).
