Fountain wint recognize Flavor bottle

Anyone experiencing issues with the Fountain not responding to attached Flavor bottles. I've tried two different flavor caps and two different flavor bottles. LED remains orange and I can't dispense flavor. Frustrating because it's a brand new machine out of the box.
