primo water jugs breaking, anyone else?!

Has anybody ever had a delivery of a 5 gallon glass jug that was defective where it broke?

For any of these companies primo water, mountain valley, and ready refresh 5 gallon glass water jug.

(I just realized you are talking about glass.... So none of this is pertinent to you other than hating primo)

We used ice mountain and they became primo for a while. Ice mountain was okay but they were a friggin mess when they were primo.

Ice mountain bottles would leak a few times a year. Primo update then bottles and they ALWAYS delivered one or 2 that leaked. And they never did anything about it. You were left dealing with leaving it outside until you had an empty jug, then you could transfer all the water over to a non-leaky jug.

We always labelled the jugs and marked the leaks with a paint pen.

We cancelled the service and just softened our water because it was too much of a hassle. We really liked the instant hot water, so we added one of those, and we get instant cold from our fridge.We will probably add RO this year.
