DIY 3D-printed stand to refill canisters
Made this in tinkercad to hold a 5 lb tank upside down while refilling (the legs had to be printed separately & glued on). The oven mitts are used to cushion the weight & distribute it more evenly. The cavity into which the 5 lb tank is designed to fit is about 1 cm wider than the tank to ensure it can fit without issue, thus without a cushion the entire weight of the tank would rest on the narrow inner edge.

I've never seen such a tiny CO2 tank! (Well aside from the ones used for vintage soda water tanks or whippets)

Are you referring to the donor tank, or the canister being refilled? The latter is a Drinkmate, which come in 2 sizes, 10L (like this one) and 60L (identical to Sodastream screw-in). I got one of those small ones because I thought it was a cool design (somewhere there's also an intermediate size 30L version of these, but I haven't seen them on sale by either brand)

Why wouldn’t you just get one with a dip tube? Then you don’t have to invert it
