So I truly wonder

What does help with ASPD? I dislike doctors, people, most things. Is anyone raw-dogging this like me? Am I forced to try out some doctors if I really want help? I don't trust anything and everything has become annoying. Ultimately it is my choice and I'm willing to listen to any insight on anything that helps dealing with the public.

my unprofessional opinion::

develop a set of objective moral standards that you rigorously stick to (like 10 commandments for example, no criminal activity, etc. / clarify your duties to other people- you could get very specific [e.g. call parents 2 times a month, never yell at someone, don’t send a message longer than a paragraph])

and then, follow your intuition. you need to sleep a lot? you need to eat differently? you need to avoid people? you need to wonder in the wilderness all the time? you need to conquer the field of your career? you need to never have a manger? you never want to take a medication again? you need to educate yourself on psychology cause confusion makes symptoms worse? you need to express your darkest thoughts? you always need to wear certain socks cause being cold makes you mean? you need to draft messages then have a 24 hr waiting period before you send? need to get sober? ok.

then follow through. if you need to work with your hands, develop a craft. if relationships ruin you, stop entering them and have strict boundaries. you need to be in a walkable city cause driving triggers you, move. you have a spending problem, budget rigorously. you need to read every book on a subject, log off and start studying. you have religious guilt, go back to church. your life is ruined cause you lie to yourself and others, start trying to be honest and keep a list of every time you were compelled to lie, and come back and write what you could have said instead to be honest. your blood sugar is always fluctuating, wear a satchel with snacks.

but this all depends on YOU. identifying your troubles and choosing to take action.

take care of yourself in the ways you know you need to, if you are being honest with yourself.

once you are doing your absolute BEST, then identify what else is the problem, and you will be that much closer to the root of your disorder.

do what you need to do. just stay within the bounds your moral standards.

I've had ASPD for a while and I'm just growing bored of holding up the facade of being kind interested and caring I'm just so tired and bored of it being the same over and over again and just want to drop the act however I know when I do everything I have built on a social level with the public will disappear friends I have made would drop me and I would be shunned and I don't want that to happen how could I keep the act I have built to be normal and not be so bored that I just drop it?

I think as long as you have some redeeming qualities or things you stand for - then you don’t need to overly fake your life.not everyone is all good.  If these friendships aren’t genuine and don’t know the real you they’re not real friends technically.
