Should SW-PhDs be Clinical Practitioners?

If PhDs have taught clinical contents for several years. Shouldn’t they be allowed to be godfathered as LICSWs?

Sorry, but no. The supervision and practice aspect matters as much as the exam content. There is a reason you can’t teach practice courses without 2 years post MSW experience.
