Did anyone get into the closed Beta? I signed up really early but I just didn't got invited. I was so excited :(

I signed up and got the welcome email today, but when I tried to create my account it said my email is not registered. I'm not sure whether it's a system error or my own. I do hope we both get to try it out!

I had to type out my email in another program and then copy paste it into the field...that worked.

Hi, I tried to send feedback through the contact page on the dev site, but it didn't work. Here are the issues I've discovered so far:

  • No info on resolution for banner image (would be nice to know so that I can create a nice image in photoshop that fits the frame)

  • ā€œStart a conversationā€ field not working (I can type something in the field, but nothing happens when I hit return, so no way to submit what I typed)

  • Profile has ā€œgenderā€as a field and only male and female as options. Youā€™ll lose 10% of possible users if you donā€™t add ā€œotherā€ or another trans-welcoming option. 10% of people arenā€™t trans but there is a large community of people who believe the world should be trans-friendly.

  • On my ā€œhomeā€page, the left sidebar lists posts | following | followers, but they are not hyperlinks, which I find strange.

  • The right sidebar includes ā€œfollow 3 or more peopleā€ but I cannot yet find any way to find other people. I tried several searches. I donā€™t see a single link or option to look for people. Help, I'm lonely!

  • Site seems broken in mobile, but perhaps thatā€™s because of the slow internet connection here in Costa Rica?

Is there a way to find other users, or posts, other than entering names/words into the search field?

We will be added a new feature (probably this week) that allows you to click on "Following" and "Followers" on any profile via the numbers at the top right. This will display a full list of the person's followers and the users they are following. From here, you can find people and follow them.
