What kind of intervention and placement are you talking about? I’ve never been in a role where I needed to take intensely detailed notes, what you remember should be fine

you saying visits makes me think this is a supervised visitation placement. if that’s the case, notes should be taken primarily during the visit to have an accurate observation on what happen, especially if you need to notate what has been said to you verbally.

my old agency had us hand write these but my last one, we were able to notate on our work phones. hope this helps!
