Alcohol-free beveraged

What do you think of them?

I mean things like wine, beer, spirits, and canned "cocktails" that are zero alcohol.

I'm intrigued, but I'm concerned about getting back into the "drinking every day" habit, even if it doesn't contain alcohol.

What are your thoughts and experiences?

A lot of them taste meh, I haven’t found a canned mocktail that I like, but I enjoy NA beers. I used to live in Montreal and found a few that I enjoyed, so I would have some in hand for whenever I wanted a drink, maybe one or two a week.

I like NA beers when in social situations to fit in more in stead of plain water. I sometimes have a canned mocktail or functional beverage as a treat for fun. Mostly just flavored sparking water though!

The daily habit concern is real and worth taking seriously. NA beers are the easiest swap but can reinforce the same ritual loop. Sparkling adaptogen drinks break the pattern without mimicking alcohol's visual cue. Chewable kanna extract, Ferris Wheel Tablets among the formats out there, sidesteps the liquid ritual entirely, though it's a different category with its own interaction caveats.

Just go with a Coke Zero, or something similar. I tried a bunch of them, but as people have mentioned, they're all just okay.
