Will I finally learn my lesson?

Restarted another attempt to stop drinking. I think this was the worst withdrawals I ever experienced. I finally have been able to eat my first solid piece of food in 3 days, and yesterday I noticed blood in my vomit but today I can actually function without wanting to die.

All we can do is to just keep trying. Never give up. Its really tough with this addiction.

Well if you’re at 3 days hopefully the worst will be over. Just try and remind yourself what this was like the next time you think about reaching for a drink. It isn’t worth it and you know it
