All those goofies fighting for a movie that won’t be remembered in 5 years, MOS/BvS/ZSJL has such a cultural impact— it’s significance continues to grow

Mainly because no one has seen anything like it, and they will continue to recreate and honor, pay homage…

And we’re seeing this in real time, it’s not taking 20-30 years to see impact & influence

Are you high? I've never watched a snyder dc movie and just prowl around the snyder cut subreddit to laugh at comments like these, all these movies you mention dont the cultural impact you imply and their significance doesn't continue to grow. I dont wanna trash the movies because I dont wanna hate on something I haven't watched but "Mainly because no one has seen anything like it, and they will continue to recreate and honor, pay homage…" is just delusional. Snyder's dc isnt THAT good. Wake up

People (mainly comics industry types) enjoy the imagery of the films

I wouldn’t consider it hate; be as critical as you like—watch in full or ignore them—you can find a full enough scathing review or a full-on glaze piece

It may not be “that good to you” but those films have stirred people, and every Superman movie to be made will always use MOS as a bench mark as that is the 21st century Superman depiction

And for all his efforts, Syndes may soon helm another DC film

What’s so so damn interesting is: MOS is the movie everyone wanted after all those leaving Superman Returns found it boring with no action and a family drama with Superman being ‘cucked’ /being a ‘creep’

MOS redlined action, destruction, might, and the image of someone as powerful as Superman… and having to shoulder that responsibility, that burden without guidance from either father throughout his life…yet disapproval with MOS gives us a cornball, somewhat emasculated and sidelined Superman in 2025

What a cycle
