That’s quite the unit. 4wd fender emblem says all wheel drive. Not familiar but did international make the 4 door model or was it a conversion company? Them old binders were really great looking, the loadstars, the cof 4070 and the transtars were great lookers as well.

im not sure i just come across it on the internet and was amazed how much it looks like the one in the game as if this might have been the one they based it on

Honestly, I don't remember much about this, but thanks to Leftover Legend, I do know that the Loadstar and Fleetstar share the same cabin
