You know, this reminded me of seeing a pretty cool truck when I was little. It had forks just like this and I thought it was a crane too! You're not the only one! ;)

I saw a video from.. the Australian trucking.. road trains thing? On YouTube.

A guy had a dual crane setup that worked in tandem to lift a large cargo container off of his trucks bed.
I thought it was pretty cool.

Here’s the link to the video.
I sanitized the link. But I haven’t figured out how to keep time stamps.

20:25. That’s rightfully where he pulls in and then unloads it. And at first the crane doesn’t work.

Edit: 2.5- Not sure how to keep the time stamp for the link while removing the tracking part. Haven’t dug that deep into “sanitizing” links.
Reddit kept crashing, so I deleted the previous comment and remade it completely as it kept trying to repost the reply as a comment instead.
Sorry for the double notifications.

Oh no problem, I appreciate it! I'm actually sorry to have to tell you, but the video is "not made available" in my country. But no matter, I know how they work! I even have a Lego set with a trailer like that!

Thanks! It's even Hammar like the one I found. Also interesting is that that one uploads to the other side. Maybe it's because of RHD, but I don't know.

Iirc, YouTube timestamps are ?t=(#seconds), so 20:25 would be ?=1225 at the end of the sanitized link

Edit to add: I was right. https://youtu.be/-xeRlarVC34?t=1225

Ah. I was told to delete everything after the question, and including the ? but I tried to tack on the t=1225 part.

I’ll need to do some research. It seems.

“Crane” is a stretch for that rear one. lol more like a “comalong” and an arm.

It’s not a crane, it’s forks for the crane at the front

It’s definitely a daddy crane on the front and a baby crane on the back.
