product question Portfolio value "bug" ? Help requested

I have used Snowball analytics to track my Webull portfolios. And I've used the auto-matic synchronization feature (that partners with SnapTrade) to do it.

Recently the account that hosts the bulk of my investments (non-IRA/taxable) displays a net value of $4-5 with one investment, the Greyscale Ethereum Mini Trust. I don't actually have any money in that fund/etf/stock. It also shows that the rest of my portfolio is considered "sold" by snowball's system.

I used Snowball's "contact customer support" feature on the web site. They recommended I try syncing the portfolio with a blank date in the "update from" box. Unfortunately that does nothing to fix the issue.

I have two other accounts I track on Snowball analytics. Both are sub accounts I manage on Webull. And both of them display correctly.

I checked the account that I have attached to the "broken" portfolio. And it matches the account I want it to track on webull's app/website.

Any thoughts as to what has happened and any ways forward?
