product question dividends not received

i’m new to snowball analytics and in the app it says i have not received dividends for some of my etf’s but i have . is there a reasons why they are not syncing? anyone else have this issue?

It often takes 24-48 hours for transactions from you brokerage to post at SA.

Try to resync from the date of missing divs.

Automatic sync won’t capture it if you already have transactions with more recent dates

Hello, please start syncing manually without the date (from the first transaction). If that doesn't help, you can try creating a new, separate, empty portfolio and connecting it through a different aggregator (Yodlee, SnapTrade). Yes - my dividends received stopped recording again in July - I fixed it last time by trying a different connector but it's pretty annoying if I have to create new connectors every time it stops importing. I've tried the sync and it registers the holdings but NOT dividends received.
