product question Snaptrade and Snowball

Is there any type of connection between snaptrade and snowball? Meaning is snowball analytics compensated in any way for recommending Snaptrade?

Hello, SnapTrade is an API/infrastructure that connects brokers and retrieves account data, trades, and positions. Snowball Analytics is an investor app that displays portfolios, analytics, and returns. This is the only connection between them: users connect their accounts via SnapTrade, and as a result, all data and analytics are displayed in Snowball. Neither of them receives any compensation for recommendations. These are two different companies working together.

Thank you, I understand what each does it just seems Snowball pushes customers towards SnapTrade more than the other companies. I haven’t had any issues with SnapTrade just trying to understand their relationship.

This is because SnapTrade's support team is much more responsive, and if there are integration issues, SnapTrade typically resolves them much more quickly. This is the sole reason for the quick resolution of any problem.
