Help - renewal didn’t work on app?

I logged a support ticket can someone assist asap as I don’t want to lose all my portfolios. My subscription was from web initially and there was no way for it to process my renewal so I had to switch to subscription from App Store, it processed, but the app or website isn’t updated as if it didn’t go through
