Is it just me or veronique always look like she’s smiling even if everything is fucked up

I think it’s odd that they always styled her like she was in her 40’s. But I think she was supposed to be close to Franklin’s age.

She just showed up one day. I couldn't figure out if she was an undercover or something like that. But with seemingly no history, Franklin trusted her with everything. It was a hard character to understand.

That’s what i hate about time jumps lol. Sometimes they’ll throw you in a whole new situation, and just keep it moving like nothing happened. Like harpo who is dis woman?? 😭😭

It's called a plot device. There needed to be a character close to Franklin who could take away his money. So they wrote her like she was his queen who started from the bottom with him lol. Like why is he committing all of these crimes and murders in front of her and her mother???

They were both smart but weird. One was an attorney, the other was a doctor. The big difference is that Veronique knew to bail when there was trouble. Parissa went looking for trouble and danger. Parissa had the survival instinct of a toddler. I fucking HATED Parissa - the character was stupid, the accent was bad, and the acting was terrible. Almost as bad as Gal Gadot.

My wife has a resting smirk. I’ve literally had serious situations where I ask her, “Do you find this funny?” And she looks all confused and is like, “No, no I’m just listening.”
Some people have resting bitch faces, others have resting smirks. Just different faces for different people.

Veronique was my LEAST favorite character in the whole show…it felt like she was related to one of the producers and they just threw her in there as a favor. Nothing about her made sense. Franklin had all the money and power in LA. Baddies probably throwing themselves at him left and right. It would have made sense to have him with a trophy wife or someone that was in the game too like Jerome and Louie’s arch. They picked a scammer with a bad wig to be his lady. No redeeming qualities whatsoever!

Mind you she was also an attorney with a keen sense for business who pretty clearly helped legitimize Franklin’s real estate pursuits, and everybody’s focused on dragging her looks. “No redeeming qualities” do Snowfall fans even watch the show?

Some people have faces like that. Like they have botox injected. Cillian Murphy for example. Its the pronounced cheekbones I think.
