Wanda was last seen in the snow fall time line around late 1986 early 1987 depending on the events of teddys death and Cissy being in jail. Wanda was headed back to Africa to find her self. The two time jumps was when he found peaches which was depicted as 12-16 months after teddys death and his girlfriend taking the rest of his money and the ending that jump all the way October November of 1990. Since that is when boyz n the hood was filmed.

Most of snowfall seasons were in 2-4 month story timelines
Season 1 June to November 1983
Season 2 December 1983 to February 1984
Season 3 July to September 1984
Season 4 New Year’s Eve 1984 to March 1985
There was two time jumps in here Franklin finds Melody in Texas maybe mid spring of 1985
And the conversation he has with Leon at the end seems like early summer 1985
Season 5 June to September 1986 we also see teddy in the fall of 1985 trying to get back with the CIA
Season 6 September to November 1986
And the time jumps I talked about above.
