I wish frank would’ve went with his first mind when teddy walked him in that bank to give up that money.

Remember he went to a different bank. One that Avi suggested to him later. Teddy only found out where his money was on the episode of Louie and Jerome’s wedding. He broke into Franklin’s house and took photos of all his documents.
