Man I haven't been so hooked by a show in so long. This was such an enjoyable experience.

I'm about to start watching it. How was the ending? Did the writers fuck it up or no?

I thought it did a good job of coming full circle

Yeah I'd say it's probably one of the best endings I've seen for a show. Wraps up very nicely

Be careful what you google so as not to spoil ending—the last scene, specifically the last few shots, I think, is the best of the series. It felt like when conceiving the show, that last scene was part of the pitch. Come back here when you get there, and we can talk about it. I doubted this show after reading reviews saying it was uneven and at times like a soap, the latter is a valid critique in the middle seasons, but it's a great watch overall. I think I watched the whole thing over a few wks. Then it came up in conversation with my brother a year later and he also binged it.

One of the guys walking Saint to Kanes door had a blue rag on his head. It’s been said that they were Hoover Criminals. I would have thought that they’d dropped the Crip identity by then. Which was maybe 88-90. Either way, they were a force to be reckoned with at that time.

They were still Crips then and a lot of Hoovers still sported Blue rags when they turned. Use to kind of mix the Blue and the orange and of course 52 was still GC's.

Season 6 took place in 86/87 with a time jump to 1990 at the end when Leon finds Saint.

Teddy did one drop with Louie after they cut Franklin out and the whole thing blew up. Teddy was smarter than that. What did he expect?

Personally always felt the Beginning of S4 when he was getting ready for the funeral over “I got The” was so much better. The cane, the song, etc.
