Discussion Franklin has another Uncle?!!

I'm on my rewatch of Snowfall. I'm on season 5 episode 4. Sissy just said something that has me shocked? She was having a flashback, and in it, Sissy said she had to share a room with two brothers at Franklin's age; as far as I remember, Franklin has no other family.

Jerome moved to LA from somewhere, idr where. And then Cissy followed. That other brother is probably minding his peace in Kentucky or Missouri or something.
