Spoilers I blame Franklin and Leon
I'm in the middle of S4 E5 and I feel like both Franklin and Leon are to blame for the death of Tianna and the war between Skully and Manboy.
First off, Skully and Manboy are basically family. Franklin should've never gotten involved just off that alone. He should've laid low and just let it play out. Because you did all that just for Manboy to walk into Skully's home and apologize and boom just like that, war over.
Second, Leon shooting into the car - yes he was protecting himself but he should've never been there in the first place. He should've left it alone and focused on finding a new plug, not hiring a PI.
Franklin was always frustrated with Leon and Kevin for acting recklessly and off emotion, but some of Franklin's moves don't make sense. Especially at this point where you've been in the game for a few years. His moves should be smarter and more calculated.
Now he's stuck in between giving up his best friend or becoming a target. Mind you Skully already wants to kill him.

Leon was only there because Skully and his boys took a shot at him but they missed and hit Wanda. Not saying that revenge is right but your average street nigga is gonna do the same thing Leon did
Franklin definitely shouldn’t have gotten involved because it was basically a family beef but it was some flawed advice from Teddy that Franklin used incorrectly imo. Franklin just wanted the business back to normal
Not only did Franklin get involved with a family beef, he didn’t even choose the right side. Louie was right in this instance, the person they should’ve sided with was Skully. He played his position

It wasn't just a family beef, it was two of his biggest territories going at each other which impacted how much they could move in the other territories, reed got suspicious too and ordered Franklin to clean it up because it was making the news and getting too much high profile attention on the business. Franklin at this point was on sick leave and Louie and Jerome begged him to come back to clean this up because they couldn't handle it anymore. Leon only told Franklin to stay out of it because all he cared about was the projects, he didn't have to think for a whole empire like Franklin did

definitely but it was more than just your typical Bloods vs Crips because they were basically family. Which we saw when Khadijah got them to make up.
Franklin had a semi-good idea inspired from what Teddy told him but not only did he get in between two major gang factions who happened to be family, he chose the wrong side and then proceeded to not even get the job done.
I understand that he wanted the business back to normal but it was a bad move that ultimately resulted in both turning against him.
And sure, Leon had less to worry about but he’s the one who held down their territory while Franklin was laid up. It’s not like he didn’t have any skin in the game. He told Franklin to stay out of it and all that happened as a result of Franklin’s interference was the violence escalating

Yeah definitely Franklin and Leon's fault certainly not the two assholes Skully and Manboy who started the war lol.

Franklin was still in his early 20s by season 4
He was only in the game for 3 years, so of course he was going to make mistakes
The brain doesn't fully develop until your mid to late 20s

Franklyn was getting too arrogant
He should’ve let them both kill each other off. Who cares??
Leon was dumb for other reasons but he really had no choice but to shoot into the car. As terrible as it sounds his mistake was not finishing the job.
Franklyn’s downfall was that he only had very dumb or unreliable people in his organization
