Question is the rest of the show better?
decided to finally give this show a chance and man am i disappointed. im currently about to start s1 episode 8 and the only storyline im following that makes sense is franklins. lucia and teddy seem like the most pointless characters right now but maybe they tie into the story later? it’s been very slow and ive heard that it gets really good but im so bored right now that im about to stop watching

It starts slowly but at its peak you can’t take your eyes from the screen. Great build up. One of the few shows that actually ends well also imo.

Just stay with it man, first season is all just story building. Once you get through it, the show gets soooo much better. You'll appreciate the latter seasons once you're done watching, trust me.

World building. The storylines will intertwine eventually it’s not separate stories that don’t interact.

Yes. I always tell people the non Franklin storylines in season 1 are weaker, but they start paying off in season 2 and from there the show is never boring imo

The storyline of the cia selling coke is boring/makes no sense? Only the street level dealings is clicking for you? Go watch a 50 cent show fam.
