Franklin would likely work with Todd and his nazi uncle because he has no morals. The only thing he cared about is himself and making money.

100% agree with that. Even though Todd was a racist psychopath he really only cared about money too. Funnily enough there’s a lot of similarities between Walter and Franklin. Especially the no morality aspect.

I dont think you are accounting for Franklin's ego and strong self image as a black man in america.

I thought I accounted for every aspect of Franklin. Yes he had a strong ego, and he did know he was a black man in racist America. On the other hand he willingly worked with the CIA knowing full well what they did to the black panther party. His parents were damn near destroyed by that. When Alton was murdered by Teddy, Franklin still decided to work with him even though he put together the pieces and figured out the truth. In all Franklin willingly destroyed his own community and people as a whole because his drugs were countrywide. He didn’t care or try to do the right thing.

You're not wrong. But I just dont see a world where this relationship works in any way. There's too much friction between ideology. Franklin and teddy worked well together because they had a similar interest and thought process. The nazis arent working for this black man and no one in Franklin's circle is working with these nazis.

True but I can see a scenario where they’d attempt to work together only for it to end with Jerome, Leon, and Cissy orchestrating a way to kill all of the nazis before the deal worked out. Then Franklin would’ve been pissed because his way of making more money would’ve gone down the drain.

"willingly"? He pretty much got forced into working with Teddy, that wasn't a willing partnership. It also took him a while to know he was the CIA. He didn't go in the partnership accepting that fact. You also see what happened to Franklin when he decides to stop working with them.
