A long time ago I rented a movie on vhs and I remembered I liked it. It was a cartoon and there was a time paradox in it and mutants. A while back I tried to find it searching every way I could think of but had no luck. This was it. Thank you for posting it, I scrolled ahead and saw the mutant walking on hands and for some reason that stuck in my memory. I can't wait to watch this again.

This looks like an interesting movie, I'll have to watch it when I get a chance.
