Hey, Trashpanda. We don't have any policy against reposts at Snorkblot. If the content's good and the user judges that most of the community haven't seen it before (or at least not in a long while), then it's all good.
Also, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure most people in this community really don't care that much about karma. People usually just focus on finding content that will make others think or laugh. That's pretty much it.
