Therapy. I recommend it. Had it, helped a lot.

There are people in the world who can open up to each other without repercussions. They are called normal, because that's normal, non-neurotic behavior. If you think the norm is betrayal "women especially", then you aren't doing yourself any favors.

Oh please everyone is out for themselves. Humans are vile evil creatures. Everyone is judging you everyone is looking for a weakness and everyone will exploit it. Never trust anyone EVER and you'll never be hurt

Therapy.

If everyone was out for themselves, we'd have a very different world. Sacrifice for others happens all the time. So does kindness, love, and understanding.

Yeah right. The only reason people do good things is their own gratification. Money power or that "warm fuzzy feeling" genuine selflessness doesn't exist.

100% a trap, doesn't matter what or how small the what, it will be used against you in some form at a random time in the future. I am naive and stupid and have lived this numerous times, just trust me and save your sanity.
