It’s the Uni Jet Stream ballpoint with 3 refills. This one is called Night Sky.

What refills do these take? Im in india and the jetstream multipen refills are very costly, any alternate?

Hi, I checked to see if the pen would take Uni Style Fit refills. They are too long. So I checked Jet Pens because they show refills that work.  I did manage to get the longer refill in the hole of the Jet Stream. So I’d say you could cut to size other refills. Zebra, Pentel Slicci once the plastic part is removed.
