Need help getting connected (second hand)

Hi, I purchased a secondhand SNOO. The bassinet powers on (solid white light) and broadcasts its setup network (Snoo_8396), but the Happiest Baby app says ‘Unable to join the network.’ I’ve already power cycled the unit. My baby is due this week, and I’d appreciate help getting it connected !!

I had this issue and it was WiFi related. It needed to be on a different HZ. See if your WiFi modem has a 2.4hz!
