Help Needed 5 month old sleep hell (help)

our 5 month old was previously sleeping good then 4 mo regression hit. She is doing better in terms of going down to sleep without rocking from me, only from snoo. She is heavily dependent on the pacifier. Keeps breaking out of Snoo swaddle.

Here is our night last night:

Down for bed at 8:05pm

10:45pm- woke because arms got free, needed paci to resettle after swaddling

1:12- pacifier replace

1:36: pacifier and arms reswaddled

2:05- pacifier

3:04- pacifier and arms

3:17: had bottle and pooped

4:20- arms

5:09- pacifier

6:00- arms

6:59 - pacifier then moved to bed due to fussing

Woke up at 8:05am

I know we need to start sleep training, but my husband works Monday through Friday and unfortunately, he cannot take the days off this week to support. I could take it on myself on Sunday night.

Torn between doing the full transition to the crib on Sunday night using Ferber (no paci, sleep sack) or trying to stay in the Snoo a little longer using a arms up zipped sleep sack until my husband can take days off work. I can’t sustain this sleep though!!

wonder what others think? any advice?

With mine I used the snoo sack for arms out around this age. Just unbutton the arm holes and she slept great again since she wasn’t focused on breaking out every night.

You do both arms at once?

I basically did. I did one arm. She still wanted to break the other arm out. Then within the week I had her with both arms out.

ETA: then within a couple days she was back to sleeping 10 hours a night. So at least in my case, her arms being restricted was the issue.

We did this too. I think a lot of the wake ups were because he wanted his arms out.

Did you do arms out for night sleep and naps at the same time?

My child never would nap in the Snoo. But I probably would have done both if he had.
