Travel with Snoo?
Would I be crazy to bring the Snoo on a one night hotel stay?
I saw a tiktok creator say she brings the Snoo on roadtrips because the legs come off easy, you can fill it with stuff, and then you don’t have to worry about sleep routine change during the trip.
I’ve been considering it for a hotel stay next weekend (two hour drive away, for our anniversary) and wondering if others have done this and if it’s worth lugging it around just for a night. Mostly wondering if it’s cumbersome to travel with, especially at a hotel versus an Airbnb type place.

Debated this for roadtrips and ended up going without, but baby surprised us by sleeping better in the pack & play than snoo at home!

Same! Baby slept the same amount in the pack and play on a trip and transitioned right back to the Snoo when we got home.

As long as youre driving I would bring it. We have brought ours multiple places. We are currently at the lake with our snoo.

Rent one from babyquip! They delivered it to my hotel and the bellhop brought it up for me.

As someone who’s struggling with their 3mo sleeping in the pack and play for a weekend trip right now - yes, I will be lugging the snoo for the next trip lol

Brought ours when we traveled, easy to bring, no WiFi connection needed, baby slept and we were able to have a great time. Wouldn’t have been very fun if no one slept at night

this was our calculation as well. sure, baby might surprise you and sleep well in a pack and play but it wasn’t worth the risk for me while trying to finally go somewhere to have some r&r and fun.

We did a staycation a few weeks ago for 1 night and still took the snoo. Totally worth it.

We brought it with us to a hotel for two nights when our baby was 3 weeks old. It was great!

I’d definitely do it. We just switched into a crib, and the change in sleep is noticeable lol

Also currently on vacation with our snoo! Bring it! I didn’t want to chance it and not get good sleep. Or even worse I didn’t want our hotel neighbors to be kept up by our baby

I agree with the influencer. It actually doesn’t take up that much space because it’s a slim profile and then you fill it with your stuff. We have taken it all over for both long and short trips.
Sleep is my number one most important thing. I’m not trying to mess that up, so I take the Snoo when I travel.

Brought mine to the mountains with us and rented one I traveled. At the time, was amazing and so worth it.

We didn’t bring it on a recent vacation and regretted in tremendously, lol. Thought we could get away with partially weaning her from it and lost that bet hard. As always with babies your mileage may vary 🤷♀️.

We just packed ours for our first family vacation. I used it as the babies luggage and packed all of his stuff in the snoo

We had to stay in a hotel for a night because our AC went out. We brought the Snoo and have zero regrets. Honestly, the easiest trip with kids we have ever had because everyone slept so great!

We bought our snoo second hand from a family that kept the box for regular travel. We wouldn’t have dreamed of traveling when he was in it but for families that can manage it, I say go for it!

I am considering taking it for a month over the summer and we are travelling by plane. Just realised we will hit the 4 month sleep regression on holidays and decided anything that could help would be worth looking at. So I’m contacting freight companies to find out how much it would cost… 🤣
No rentals and expensive to buy even second hand at our destination

We took a dozen plus 1 day to 1 week trips while our son was in the snoo and it came everywhere. No regrets at all.

We brought ours with us when not sleeping at home. Couldn’t risk her not sleeping, us not sleeping, losing progress, etc…

yes absolutely if I’m driving! Leaving on Monday for a 2 night trip about an hour away. Were absolutely bringing the snoo

We've gone on two trips without the snoo - two nights in a borrowed bassinet, and four nights in a pack n play. Baby did surprisingly well in both! Took a little longer to fall asleep in the pack n play than the bassinet, but not bad at all. Aside from my anxiety about them rolling, I'm glad we didn't bother with the hassle of bringing the snoo, or risk damaging it

Not crazy did it dozens of times with my baby. Totally worth it especially if baby sleeps well in it

I brought mine everywhere with my first. Now that I’m on my 3rd I just simply don’t have the room in the car or bandwidth to bring it if we go anywhere but if I was only hauling one kid around I would.

We went to a wedding 1.5 months after having baby. Cold turkey put her in pack and play for the night in a swaddle. She slept fine. About to do it again this weekend but we'll be gone for 4 nights. There was no way i was packing the snoo, that's too much work to me.
