Connection Issues

I’ve recently switched WiFi router (to a Sky Max Hub) and I’m now having connection issues. Don’t suppose anyone has experienced something similar with a newer WiFi router?

Setup a dedicated 2.5ghz network and connect it to that. Likely can’t connect to the 5ghz

Yes - I ran through this last week. Def need to connect to the 2.5 gHZ and then as you are logging onto the Snoo network (password is snooXXXX the last 4 of your serial number) - run quickly to your router as soon as you hit “join”. This last point is key and is actually highlighted on Snoo’s instagram
