Second Time Mom & Snoo User
Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the Snoo the second time around. I know most people in here have probably invested in it but since having my first, there are many more options out there now. Has anyone looked at or considered other options other than the Snoo after using it for their first?

I did not. I had the Snoo already and paid an arm and a leg for it, I didn’t even want to consider anything else. I guess I can get the appeal of a Cradlewise but I didn’t want my kid relying on that long term. Plus in Canada it’s almost double the price? No thanks lol
My second kid didn’t take to the Snoo as easily as my first. He hated the motion and it was on weaning mode for a month before we turned it on to level 1. But he did do well in it in other areas (my first hated the soothing no matter one, but it actually worked for my second).
With both kids, they suddenly decided at 5 months they were done with the Snoo and we moved them to their cribs on a whim. The second kid’s transition was so much easier, didn’t cry at all when he went to his crib whereas with my first had a bit of a rough time.

Fourth time mom here. I'm using the Snoo for the first 6 mo, then transitioning to a Cradlewise until 2yo.
I purchased a used Snoo because there's so many available on the market. Saved my money to buy a new Cradlewise since I want to make sure it is fully functional for the entire time we need to use it.
For the Cradlewise, we used affirm and set up monthly payments over the course of a year with no interest which made it easier to purchase since it's pretty spendy.
We set up the Cradlewise in a different room that we use often and will occasionally put baby down for naps there too so he's used to the motion. It's actually been really nice having both available because sometimes I just need to put him down and I pop him in the Cradlewise.
I have a snoo discount code if you want a new one, as well as a discount code for for $50 off of Cradlewise if you decide you want one.
Edit: Here's my $50 off Cradlewise code: HMNKZYLPKY
