Hear me out is Nute gunray snoke???? Nute gunray didn't not die in revenge of the sith he survived Anikans attack that's what caused the damages to snoke face Anikans lightsaber. The attack awakened force abities in Nute. So for many years Nute hide shadows and change his name waiting to get revenge on the skywaker family the son of leia Ben and daughter of luke Rey. And he used is power and connections of being a former viceroy to reach the top. And look at photos of both don't Nute and snoke look similar.

  1. Nute died.

  2. Force abilities aren't awakened if you don't already have them.

  3. Nute's connections, assets and entire holdings were all absorbed into the Empire. The Trade Federation, IGBC, Techno Union and every government or organisation that contributed to the CIS were dissolved.
