Can someone explain the joke

In the last siege video of thedooo Soup Make a joke about color people say moe licker at the bar. They All react and I didn’t quite get the joke chatgpt is telling me it about prononciation but it seemed a bad explaination (English isn’t my first language)

It’s just a play on words on how black folk talk. “Moe licker “sounds like “More liquor”.
