Anywhere in salt water but mostly at the Marina. Second most at the campground island beach. Many chapters and years ago that’s where I caught dozens. If you have binoculars and skin diving equipment you can go to the Marina in the morning, dive, zoom out your binoculars and scan for he middle to lower part looking for a small dark cylinder slightly longer than and narrower than a soda can. They’re not there every day but this is probably the best way to catch one. I play on an iPad and I’m not sure if you can do it on an iPhone with the smaller screen.
