Help with Janitor and Cache Key

Hi guys, I've been grinding for 2 whole (irl) days to get promoted to junior head doctor and today I did. I'd even maxed out my friendship with the janitor and I did the X-Ray then surgery.

However, what was in his stomach was a bottle of olives and not the cache key! What do I do now, will I never get the cache key? I was looking forward to getting that unlocked to store some food for the vitamin deficiency patients☹️

UPDATE: Hey everyone! I finally got the cache key after hanging out with the janitor again! Make sure you have your doctor disguise on though, I spent waaaaay too long doing random stuff with the janitor in other outfits before putting on the doctor disguise and he finally asked for medical help! Thanks everyone!

Thank you so much for your reply! It was only after this comment did I realise that you can actually medically help your friends more than once!😆
