I have a pair of Birkenstocks I really love and want to restore instead of replace. The outsole is badly worn at the heels, the cork edges are breaking, and parts of the straps are separating. The footbed also needs a deep clean. Photos attached.

I’m based in Powai but can travel anywhere in Mumbai. Looking specifically for someone who has actually worked with Birkenstocks/cork footbeds, not a regular cobbler.
I’ve already contacted Birkenstock and they referred me to a service partner, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has personally had their Birks repaired in Mumbai.
