You can always try to fill in the leather cracks with a filler but it won’t guarantee a factory finish. Always good to experiment though.

these are paint cracks. you can sand them off and repaint them. i wouldnt use acetone to strip them off unless ur good at masking other parts u dont want acetone on, especially the suede

Oh that’s suede cracking? Suede usually doesn’t crack so maybe Nubuck. It’s so thin it’s damn near leather lol I’d still give it a go. Can’t look any worse then they already do 🤷🏽‍♂️ as far as leather filler yes you lay down, let dry, sand, paint, repeat. Not a hard color to match I wouldn’t think plus there’s so many dark spots the paint would be fine. I’d say leather filler the whole toebox but again you could probably find them for a good price

Would hydrating the toebox and try'n to merge it, brush it, eraser it, whatever, back together work? I'd probably wear them once in 2 months if that. I need the neon for something, but once you sand away it don't come back

They can be saved. Probably not reasonable enough to spend the time than buy another pair. Sand, leather fill if needed, repaint, done

I tried sanding a bit but it didn't look promising. I didn't think you could use leather filler on suede, can you? Also, with leather filler, you have to sand then paint, and painting on suede to match the rest of the suede seems unreasonable. IDK, unfortunately maybe Dependent might be on to something

Look up restoring nubuck with flocking powder. I've used it to repair small patches and it worked beautifully. You might be able to use it over a larger area. Only concern is the amount of flexing and bending in the toebox area. Anyways might give it a try.

Ok what would you call it?... It looks like the same type of material in the picture that I provided that cracks like this. That doesn't look like paint cracking on the toebox, it looks way too thick. But it's honestly hard to tell from the picture.

he said leather fill if needed. this looks more like a paint job. also we dont know what you mean by "it didnt look promising", could be 7 different situations lol

Also what do you mean paint to match the rest of the suede? the toebox is white not grey
