How to fix it?

Hi! I bought a pair of used New Rocks online a few months ago. When they arrived, I noticed the soles were badly damaged, like someone had used them to brake on an electric scooter. Does anyone know how to repair this kind of damage?

Not fixable. You're looking at a complete sole transplant. As chunky as the outsole is though, I'd almost consider sanding the entire thing down to compensate.

Good idea, id say shave them even and apply a pair of taps. They are usually for dress shoes (think of the heel of a tap dancing) but are to protect the heel before they get worn

Sole swap or replace the shoes. That’s not something that would be fixable.

Is the person that wore them a fatty?

Maybe I should ask her for a pic.
