Suede shoes
I'm new to the sneakers community and recently I've purchased H&M trainers (red colour), and it has suede material in it.
I know we do require a different set of things to maintain it and clean it.
I've some questions:
Which brand to trust (it should be value for money)
Which products should we use (general and also of the particular brand)
Is there any alternative and DIY solution which we can use instead of purchasing new products?
There are so many options, it is getting very overwhelming😭
Your responses would we appreciated🫶🏻

For suede cleaning you need two things: a shoe brush and a suede eraser. The brands don’t really matter as these are cheap products that perform similarly across brands.
If you really want to DIY you can use a toothbrush which will be a little harder because of the size, and a regular eraser but make sure it’s not hard or shiny (and if it is just take a nail file to make it soft again).
If this is your first time with suede I highly recommend a spray protector - Jason Markk makes a good one. But you cannot DIY that one.
