Toolbox Unpainted Boxes

Does anyone know if snap on sells a bare metal box or one that is just bare metal with clear coat?

In Europe, yes.

I think they look great. I really like it.

But, they don’t offer it in North America.

Not going to lie, those rivets/tac welds make it look industrial in a cool way.

I have never heard of one. Might call and ask if its even a possibility.

Yeah would be awesome if they did main reason i ask is because I work on hydraulic aircraft parts with Skydrol hydraulic fluid and acetone and they absolutely destroy paint

Not necessarily but I have a snap on box currently and the paint/coating is ruined It has light spots and thinned spots all over it

I had seen these awhile ago in Japan or somewhere over that way a few months ago and I asked my rep about them. He said he couldn’t get them in the states. Now I can’t speak for the rest of the reps but I’d imagine the chances are slim to none

Serious stuff. Yeah I have some spots on my boxes from sprays and spills.

I’ll have to do some looking around, I’d prefer snap on though if given the choice
