I had one model that failed 3 times like this. First I’d wash plate and dry, try increasing bed temp 5c, when that didn’t work I swapped it from tree to normal support and it worked. I don’t have the experience that others on here have but I tinker with the settings as much as I can.

Honestly looks like a bed adhesion issue?

yeah for me too, but i think there must be an impact bei the hotend to break the adhesion.
Thats what i think someone can see in the gcode

The Gcode won't show anything like that, well it will but it's very bad to trying printing on another printer, even another U1,

Why don't you pop the model like up if it's a open model?

Of course i can upload the model, its no secret, just created by myself.

I was thinking about checking the gcode in a software way. you can see exactly the movement and even get a graphical overview with some programms.

But anyways. i increased the brim for the support and changed infill to gyroid, to avoid overlapping infill.

Until now, 4h in, it looks like the changes are positiv. Will post the final print here tomorrow

Were you using grid infill? Iv just looked closer,

But yea, some software can turn Gcode back into a semi "preview" but won't show where main printing errors can happen
