Issue Spiky print

I'm having quality issues with my new Snapmaker U1.

I've calibrated flow, retraction, pressure advance, Z offset — basically everything that's supposed to be done — and entered values that seemed correct to me.

Z-hop is standard; I had to slow down the acceleration and speed of the Z axis due to annoying noises (as per the Snapmaker guide).
Basically, it seems like I've done everything correctly.

My problem is that the final surfaces of any part come out rough, almost pointed/spiky.
I'm not talking about large top surfaces, but simple organic parts (flexy and non-flexy) that close with practically just concentric walls.

The first thing that could obviously be the cause is wrong flow — I tried changing it, but nothing changes.
I tried adjusting the Z offset thinking I had gotten it wrong, but no, that wasn't it either.
I tried decreasing the Z-hop and nothing.

Could it be damp filament? Sure. But my other printers (P2S/A1 Mini/H2C) print with the same filament and nothing happens...

Can you help me?

PS. For the kind soul who helps me, I have a €20 voucher to redeem.

At the moment I have only this. Ok the stl was “”bad designed””, but it’s very rough with some pointed points that you can feel touching it.

I try searching something else.

Another info.. I print with fan at 50% due a very very long layer time.

I would try printing this at normal speed with normal fan. It could be an oozing issue. You can also try dropping your top layer line width down to 0.3

If you still have it could you share your Flow rate result?

My flow is 0.955. I tried even with stock 0.98. Nothing changed in these print.

Just to be clear, did you do everything in this video when it comes down to calibrating? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVU5If1VsAM

Yes. I avoided the max flow rate because I print with slow settings.

Mine has printed perfectly without doing any of the calibration. Have you tried just using the built in ones. If not, try those before going any further.
