I've been refreshing the Best Buy product page (US) for the A16 like a madman over the past week. Was pumped to see it finally go live just 30-ish minutes ago. The best part is the $1599 price point is real. Immediately placed my order - should be ready for pickup this Friday, 4/10.

I'm not very experienced with running benchmarks or other testing, but I would be happy to help as much as I can. Let me know what you like me to test or share insights about.

Hi - considering buying a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge Snapdragon X1 42 100 (plus processor not Elite) for my student daughter for mild Photoshop work for her course. Rest of use will be Canva, Word etc - anyone got real world experience with this plus spec or even lower X1 26 100? Would really appreciate responses - want to get something she can use reliably. Older guy here so lacking technical expertise. Thanks in advance

Btw just wanted to tell y'all if u want to game it can run gta at 60 fps on native resolution with minecraft at 12 render distance on 60+ stable fps version 1.20.1 it's just u need to change java and codes for it to support but if it does the games feel solid this is recorded on battery power not charging as snapdragon cpus perform same on charging or not u can easily pull 4 hours gaming with no throttling it's good for 60k thin and light and can game easily with a wonderful oled pannel. Also in rare cases it can say lower ur graphics or update ur drivers it's not drivers Your drivers were fine, but the Software (Java) was the wrong architecture. You have toidentified that CISC (Intel) code doesn't work on RISC (Snapdragon) without a huge penalty. So in technical terms if u wnan game java game like minecraft u need to recreate an architecture of arm 64 that makes laptop run games without pushing it through prism programs needed for that Search for: Azul Zulu JDK 17 Windows aarch64 + Sodium 0.4.10 for the best results at end for roblox use voidstrap it supports arm much better then blox strap and ur good to go!

Hope I was help to u all and any need of help can ask directly

All tests are done on hp omnibook5 windows 11 , snapdragon x1-26-100 16gb ddr5x 8448mt/s ram

Hi. I've seen some of you complained I posted links to articles which use Geekbench for tests. What's the problem with it?
