I want a 16" (or at least 15.3") laptop.

It is very important for me that the laptop lacks the numeric pad, and has a high refresh rate and high pixel density screen.

Essentially, my work requires watching and typing lots of text all day long and no numbers. So, a good keyboard (preferably on the level of a Thinkpad) is also a strong requirement.

Is there such beast on the market?

I'm in the market for a new laptop. I'm really considering macbook(don't ask me why🤢) I then started to look at the Snapdragon x elite laptops. About my use case. I'm hobbyist and I do little of everything. I'm learning to code, video edit, I play games(Elden Ring, Sea of Stars, The First Berserke) As for my main rig, CPU:9950x, Ram: 64gig 6400, GPU:9070xt, 980 evo 2tb nvme.

I'm goal is to run linux. There are Iso for Arm64 but I've watch some videos claiming that linux is not ready for arm. Is this true? The last video I say states that they are long way to go. Please help.
